Giving Thanks

All I am currently thankful for

As we close in on the day of Thanksgiving, I thought I might write a little something about all of the things I am grateful for.

-My career: I am so fortunate to be able to do something artistic and creative and I get paid for it. I do my best to never take it for granted. I am incredibly thankful.

-My clients: That means that I have the best clients in the whole world. You all are awesome and I shall remain honored to be able to work with you.

-New opportunities: Getting to find new avenues to pursue my career is amazing. I am excited every time I think about what it is I get to learn and teach.

-Friends: I don't spend as much time with my friends physically, but I am so thrilled that they still have my back. I am also always carrying each and every one in my little heart and know that I think of them all often.

-Travel: I love having the ability to travel and see new places. Whether for business, which is nice for tax purposes, or pleasure, it is a delight every time I get to see some new place.

-School: I am ecstatic that I get to go to school and pursue a doctorate. How amazing is that? I can nerd out to my heart's content and discover new pieces of information.

-Internet: Without the internet, I wouldn't be able to make all of the connections that I do. I am thankful for the ability to connect with people virtually.

-Languages: I love languages, I love learning them, I love sharing them. Without the extra languages, I would not have made as many friends around the globe.

-The Virus: I don't know that I would want the virus to have happened, but without it, I wouldn't be where I am right now. It has allowed me the opportunity to pursue so many new avenues that would not have been available before its arrival.

-Life in general: Life is good and I am glad to be alive. It is much better than the alternative. I like where I am and where I am going.

Those were some little things I am grateful/thankful for. How about you? What are you thankful for?
